How do we know what we know in Psychology? Research.

The methods used in conducting studies in psychology are important concepts to understand. They’re generally divided into two broad categories: Quantitative and Qualitative.

While it doesn’t state it explicitly in the guide, time constraints and the nature of the course mean that we suggest teaching SL & HL students quantitative methods and keeping qualitative methods for HL only students.
